The school currently has 13 classes with a total of 509 students and 28 staff members, teachers and employees. The staff members are well-trained, dedicated to their profession, and actively innovate teaching methods to meet the increasingly high demands of moderneducation .
The school has invested in synchronous and modern facilities to optimally serve teaching and learning. The system of 13 solid classrooms is equipped with internet-connected TVs, serving teaching activities, showing illustrative videos , and searching online. The classrooms are spacious, airy, with enough natural light, creating a friendly and comfortable learning environment for students. The school's technology infrastructure has been upgraded synchronously with a 250 Mbps broadband fiber optic network system covering the entire school with wifi, helping teachers and students easily exploit digital resources.
In order to meet the requirements of teaching and technology-based subjects, the school has an IT room with 20 computers with good configuration and high-speed internet connection, allowing students to practice and learn technology skills for learning. In addition, the school has six subject rooms that are scientifically arranged and fully equipped with tools and equipment to support teachers in designing flexible and lively lessons.
The library is 120 square meters wide, with a rich source of books and 5 computers connected to the internet, serving students and teachers to look up documents and research lectures. Studying in the library creates an atmosphere of active self-study, arousing the spirit of discovery and creativity in each student.
With a modern and synchronous information technology infrastructure, Truc Thai Secondary School is the leading educational institution in the district in deploying many advanced management software applications for management and operation. The Board of Directors has applied software for managing executive documents, software for managing staff records, electronic transcripts, graduation examinations and online enrollment registration. Putting these software into use has contributed to significantly reducing the amount of manual work, saving time and effort for staff and teachers. All data and information of the school are digitized, stored scientifically, easy to look up, manage and update. Thanks to that, the management work of the Board of Directors has become more flexible, accurate and transparent. Teacher records and student records are no longer lost, ensuring safety and confidentiality. When there is a need to look up information, the school can quickly search and compare to ensure high accuracy.
In addition, planning and assigning work in the school is also done on the software, allowing the Board of Directors to easily monitor the progress and supervise the work results of professional groups and each teacher. The school's digital lecture library is increasingly expanded, with many reference documents, lecture videos and elaborately constructed electronic lesson plans, closely following the new general education program. The school's digital library is also fully exploited by teachers and students, providing a rich source of documents, serving teaching and learning conveniently and easily. Virtual experiment software, 3D image simulations, diagrams, vivid tables... are effectively used by teachers, making lectures intuitive and easy to understand, helping students absorb lessons better, develop creative thinking and self-study skills. The school actively innovates management, administrative reforms, implements electronic records and books, uses Missa software to collect non-cash fees, improve transparency and reduce time. Thanks to the promotion of information technology application in teaching, the lessons at Truc Thai Secondary School have become more exciting and engaging. The rate of teaching lessons applying information technology in the school is maintained at an average of 73% of the total number of lessons, in which many teachers have good skills in designing digital lessons and are proficient in using supporting software. Students are more interested when participating in lessons with visual elements, easy to visualize and easy to understand. They are trained in the skills of using digital tools, exploiting information from the internet effectively and safely. From there, they form the habit of self-study, self-research, promoting their own potential and strengths.
Digital transformation has become the driving force to help Truc Thai Secondary School fundamentally change its management, teaching and learning methods. The school's comprehensive educational quality results are always at the top of the district's education sector. In the 2024-2025 school year, the school ranked 1/21 secondary schools in the district; 100% of secondary school graduates; 10th grade entrance exams ranked 2nd in the district and 49th out of 226 schools in the province. Excellent student competitions achieved 45 district-level prizes and 7 provincial-level prizes, ranking 3rd in the district. Many teachers achieved the title of advanced workers, grassroots emulation fighters, and were awarded certificates of merit at all levels. The school was honored to be proposed by the Provincial People's Committee to award the Emulation Flag.
