Promote administrative reform focusing on the following areas: institutional reform; administrative procedure reform; organizational and apparatus reform; civil service reform; public finance reform; Building and developing e-government. Studying and following Uncle Ho in Nam Truc district has become a widespread movement in the entire district's political system. Typical examples include: the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas (NTM), civilized urban areas" of the Fatherland Front; the movement "Nam Truc women build NTM", "Women's Association 5 no, 3 clean, building sustainable and developing NTM", "Flower route", "Model of waste classification and treatment at households" of the Women's Union; the model "Youth volunteers for community life", "Nam Truc youth join hands to build NTM" of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; the movement "Good production, business, solidarity to help each other get rich, sustainable poverty reduction", "Farmers participate in building NTM" of the Farmers' Association; the movement "Exemplary veterans, participating in building NTM", "Veterans' group for the people" of the Veterans' Association; The movement "Good worker - creative worker", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" of the Labor Federation. Through emulation movements and campaigns, more and more collective and individual examples have emerged with creative ways of building a clean and strong party organization, developing the socio -economy and maintaining security and order. A typical example is Dong Chien village, Hong Quang commune, which has emulated and followed Uncle Ho's teachings in conjunction with the task of building a new rural area and has become a typical unit in building a new rural area in the district. In the process of implementing the new rural area construction, cadres, party members and people have voluntarily donated thousands of square meters of land for road construction, hundreds of working days, and mobilized over 4.8 billion VND in socialized investment in the construction of welfare works and the beautification of residential areas such as: expanding rural roads, intra-field roads, building cultural houses, sports fields, intra-field irrigation systems, etc. Up to now, 100% of the rural road system has been asphalted and concreted; 100% of the roads have been installed with lighting and public security cameras; 100% of the internal roads are solidified; 1,200m of level 3 canals are concreted; Waste is classified at source in residential areas, creating a "bright - green - clean - beautiful" environment. The village cultural house has an area of 450m2, ensuring community activities for hundreds of people with full ancillary facilities. The village stadium has an area of 2,500m2, used as a football field, badminton court, horizontal bars, and parallel bars for people to practice sports to improve their health. The village no longer has multidimensional poor households that are not eligible for social protection; 98% of households have achieved the title of cultural family. Average income per capita reaches 90 million VND/year. 95% of people participate in health insurance. In 2023, the cadres and people of Dong Chien village were honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Head of the Central Propaganda Department for their outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period 2021-2023.
