After 5 years of implementation, the Law on Anti-Corruption has created a complete legal corridor, meeting the requirements of the fight against corruption in the new situation. The work of anti-corruption has been carried out resolutely in accordance with the policy of "No forbidden areas, no exceptions", contributing to cleaning up the apparatus and strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the State.

In Lao Cai province, 314 inspections and examinations of the system of norms and standards were conducted; 308 inspections of responsibilities in the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity were conducted. Thereby, 7 agencies and units were discovered to have violated the system, norms and standards; 6 heads and deputy heads were held responsible for corruption. The People's Courts at two levels of Lao Cai province have accepted 14 cases, 38 defendants for corruption crimes...
