Exhibition of socio-economic achievements will be held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day

On the afternoon of June 11, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held an online meeting of the Organizing Committee of the "Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the Occasion of the 80th Anniversary of National Day" (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) (referred to as the Exhibition). Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung chaired the meeting.

The exhibition is scheduled to be held at the National Exhibition Center (Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi ) from August 28 to September 5, 2025, with the participation of ministries, sectors, localities nationwide and enterprises representing state-owned and private enterprises.

The main activity of the exhibition will be to display and introduce the socio -economic achievements in 80 years of building, protecting and developing the country. In addition, there will be supporting activities such as: organizing fairs, food stalls, tourism, handicrafts... of localities and businesses; bilateral contact activities, conferences, seminars...

At the meeting, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the Decision to establish the Exhibition Organizing Committee. Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, is the Head of the Organizing Committee.

Delegates also contributed their opinions on the contents of the draft Exhibition Organization Plan such as personnel participating in sub-committees; budget estimates; ensuring security, order and health; communication plan; design and decoration of exhibition areas, booths of localities and businesses, etc.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests that departments, ministries, branches, localities and units closely follow the purpose, requirements and content of the Exhibition Project; specify assigned tasks to ensure scientific, unified and effective implementation; closely and synchronously coordinate between sub-committees, agencies and units to organize the Exhibition on schedule...
