Will organize a delegation of foreign businesses to enter Vietnam to trade and purchase goods with localities in the North Central region in Quang Tri

Today, June 11, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province Le Duc Tien said that, implementing the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2025, the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province will coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to organize a delegation of foreign enterprises to Vietnam to trade and purchase goods with localities in the North Central region. The program is expected to take place from July 9-11, 2025 at the Saigon - Dong Ha Hotel.

The program is organized with the aim of effectively implementing the policy of the Government and the Ministry of Industry and Trade on regional linkage, promoting export activities and consumption of goods to markets in countries in the region and around the world.

Strengthening support for businesses in the North Central region to find partners and expand export markets; at the same time, creating opportunities for businesses to connect, trade, learn, and exchange experiences in promoting brands, products, services, and technological innovation to improve product quality and develop markets in the integration trend.

At the same time, introduce and connect businesses in the North Central region with foreign importers at the event. Promote the image, land, people, investment and tourism destinations; harmoniously combine trade promotion with investment and tourism promotion in the provinces and cities of the North Central region.

The program is expected to attract more than 20 foreign purchasing, distribution, import-export enterprises from countries such as China, Thailand, Laos... and more than 100 suppliers in the North Central region to participate.

In order to strengthen cooperation, promote trade, seek opportunities between enterprises in the North Central region and countries in the region and to achieve the organization's results according to the set goals, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province is requesting relevant agencies to notify, mobilize, select and invite purchasing, distribution, import-export enterprises, and trade promotion organizations abroad to participate in the program.

Overseas businesses and trade promotion organizations participating in the program will be supported 100% of travel, hotel and meal expenses. Registration deadline is June 25, 2025.
