The special point of this census is taking place in the context of a high focus on implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the two-level local government apparatus and preparing for party congresses at all levels. The work of compiling household lists has been changed from paper lists to electronic forms, requiring higher information technology capacity of enumerators. The information collection period will start from July 1 to July 30, 2025. Commune forms will be collected from June 15 to June 30, 2025, before operating under the two-level local government model.
Collecting information by electronic questionnaires (CAPI) for households and farms; collecting information by webform for commune and enterprise questionnaires. Applying electronic questionnaires, collecting data by mobile devices and digital tools helps reduce time, increase reliability and quickly synchronize data.
