Personnel work has also been completed with a total of 3,157 officers participating in the examination, supervision and service work. Including 249 leaders, examination site secretaries; 1,908 examination officers; 330 supervisors; 434 security, medical and service officers and 112 reserve officers... As of June 24, the 2025 High School Graduation Examination Board has officially started working, the heads of examination sites are all present at 33 examination sites to receive facilities and assign tasks. Mr. Le Quang Truong (Principal of Ea Sup High School, Ea Sup District), Head of Examination Site of Buon Ma Thuot High School (Buon Ma Thuot City) said that after receiving and inspecting the site on the morning of June 24, it was found that Buon Ma Thuot High School had carried out the preparation work seriously and thoughtfully. The examination rooms (41 examination rooms with more than 900 candidates) are clean and tidy. The medical room has the necessary equipment, supplies, and medicines to perform related tasks according to the regulations of the exam.

Dr. Do Tuong Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, affirmed that the examination invigilation work is an important premise to ensure the fairness and objectivity of the exam. The Department has requested that officers, teachers, and employees participating in the examination invigilation work grasp the examination regulations, professional procedures, and promote the highest sense of responsibility to contribute to the overall success of the exam.

In addition to careful preparation of facilities and personnel, ensuring security and order of the exam and medical work are also top priorities.

According to the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, the Provincial Police have mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers to participate in ensuring security and order at the exam. Each force, each officer and soldier is assigned specific tasks, ensuring "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities and clear products". In particular, to avoid cheating in exams, the Provincial Police have deployed a plan to disrupt signals at a number of locations to prevent illegal transmission of data from the exam room to the outside. At the same time, police forces at all levels have also stepped up propaganda and warnings to parents and candidates about the methods and tricks of fraudsters in cyberspace (fraudulently selling exam questions, exam answers, review hotlines, raising exam scores, inviting parents and candidates to buy equipment to record and read exam questions and send them outside...).

Medical work is also carefully prepared with medical staff on duty, necessary medicines and first aid equipment to promptly handle emergency cases. Deputy Director of the Department of Health Nguyen Trung Thanh said that the Department of Health has instructed its affiliated units to ensure that there are always medical staff on duty at the examination sites to organize medical work, including: emergency, medical examination and treatment; environmental sanitation; disease prevention and control; food safety; emergency response to disaster situations, chemical and biological terrorism, etc. Medical centers of districts, towns and cities assign focal staff (clearly stating full name, mobile phone number, email) to maintain 24/7 contact with examination sites, and have plans to promptly handle any arising situations related to medical work serving the exam.
