With the theme of 2025 being “Multi-Generation Synergy”, HR Asia highly appreciates Sacombank’s multi-generational human resource management model, which brings together more than 16,000 employees of many ages, with diverse backgrounds and thinking - from veteran leaders to dynamic and creative Gen Z youth. This factor has contributed to creating a rich working environment, promoting innovation and sustainable development.
Recognizing the changes in structure and future human resource needs, Sacombank focuses on attracting and developing a young generation of employees - a key factor for long-term development. In 2025, the bank reached out to more than 5,000 students to participate in career workshops, business tours, internships to experience real working environments, and scholarship programs to encourage and support students on their path of study and pursuing their dreams. Since 2004, the bank has awarded more than 46,300 scholarships with a total cost of nearly 72 billion VND.
Along with developing young human resources, Sacombank also systematically invests in core human resources with a series of quality programs to build a team with a dedicated attitude, neat demeanor, professional operation, innovative knowledge and creative thinking. This creates a premise for planning programs to develop the bank's successor management staff.
Regarding overall human resource policy, Sacombank identifies people as the core factor in its sustainable development strategy. Over the years, the bank has continuously increased its income regime to motivate and unite the team. In 2024, the average income of employees increased by 10.3% compared to the previous year. Through strategic cooperation with Microsoft Vietnam and many leading technology partners, Sacombank has improved its management capacity, optimized the exploitation of human resource data, deployed digital skills training for employees, promoted the application of AI-driven banking solutions and process automation tools (RPA). As a result, work productivity has been significantly improved, reducing manual tasks and work pressure. At the same time, the internal learning system has also been developed into an open platform, helping employees conveniently access training programs anytime, anywhere, suitable for diverse generations and job characteristics.

Sacombank’s simultaneous receipt of the main award and the special technology award affirms its comprehensive efforts in human development strategy - not only in policy but also in long-term vision and strategy.
