
According to the plan, the parties will coordinate to advise and answer legal questions for citizens, officials, civil servants, union members, and youth in the fields of contracts, transactions, land, marriage and family, labor, inheritance, and common administrative procedures. Organize to update and disseminate new legal regulations and issues to note in the fields of tax, business registration, labor (labor contracts, social insurance), fire prevention and fighting, food safety and hygiene, etc. for business owners, managers, accountants, and employees at enterprises and business households.


Organize mock trials based on real cases or hypothetical situations related to common law violations among minors such as: school violence, cyber security, property theft, consequences of illegal drug use... to educate students in middle and high schools.
At the launching ceremony, Secretary of the Thu Duc Ward Party Committee Mai Huu Quyet assessed that the free legal consultation point between the two units will initiate the dissemination of legal regulations to people, neighborhoods, residential areas, schools, and even businesses, business households... "With this coordination, people and disadvantaged people will have a point of access to legal regulations quickly", Mr. Mai Huu Quyet commented.

Acknowledging and appreciating the initiative of the two units in organizing a free legal consultation point right at the Thu Duc Ward Public Administration Service Center, where people regularly access administrative procedures, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice, hopes that this will contribute to raising awareness and understanding of the law for the people.
