As planned, today (May 25), in the morning, the National Assembly will discuss in groups: Additional assessment of the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget in 2022; The implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget in the first months of 2023; Practice of thrift and anti-waste in 2022; Approval of the 2021 state budget settlement; Adjustment of the investment policy for the Ka Pet Reservoir project, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province; Decision on the investment policy for the traffic project from National Highway 27C to Provincial Road DT 656 in Khanh Hoa province - connecting with Lam Dong and Ninh Thuan; Assignment of the list and capital level for tasks and projects under the Socio-economic Recovery and Development Program; Assign, adjust and supplement the medium-term public investment plan of central budget capital for the period 2021-2025 and allocate the central budget capital investment plan in 2023 of the national target program; Continue to implement the policy of reducing value added tax by 2% according to Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022; Policy on additional investment in charter capital for the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam.
