Tuong Mai Ward: Bringing digital transformation to each residential group

HNP - On August 16, the People's Committee of Tuong Mai Ward launched the Campaign "45 days and nights of supporting digital transformation activities in communes and wards in the initial phase of operating the two-level local government model" in Hanoi.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairwoman of Tuong Mai Ward People's Committee Dao Thi Thu Hang emphasized: Digital transformation is an inevitable trend, an objective requirement of development in today's era. To carry out digital transformation well, it is necessary to change the awareness and actions of the entire political system, business community and people; at the same time, mobilize the participation of many components and subjects in accordance with the motto "all people, comprehensive" and "popular digital learning".

The comrade said that the "45 days and nights" campaign demonstrated the political determination of Tuong Mai ward in implementing Directive 11 of the City and Resolution 57 of the Politburo . "Beyond the indicators, the core goal is to create a number of transferable skills for cadres and people, so that technology can truly serve life," emphasized Chairman of Tuong Mai ward People's Committee Dao Thi Thu Hang.

Third, mobilize and promote the central role and active participation of the business community and all classes of people, together with the entire political system, to effectively implement digital transformation work according to the motto "All people, comprehensive". Fourth, the study proposes to include a number of important indicators on digital transformation in annual socio-economic development programs and plans for implementation by agencies, units, and localities.

Mobile vehicle convoy promotes digital transformation on the streets

From August 16 to September 13, 2025, Tuong Mai ward organized 8 mobile points, each with direct support forces, guiding people to install the application, register for an account, submit documents and look up administrative procedure results. In particular, the visual propaganda convoys created a strong ripple effect in the area.

The program not only helps increase the rate of online public service usage but also creates a digital learning community where people support each other, share knowledge and progress together. This is a model for replication, clearly demonstrating the spirit of “taking people as the center, taking service efficiency as the goal”.
