In the period of 2020 - 2025, the patriotic emulation movement in Tien Phong ward was widely deployed, closely linked with the implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development, national defense and security targets.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the patriotic emulation movement of the ward has become a widespread revolutionary action movement, truly a bond between the government and the people. Thereby contributing to arousing the spirit of solidarity, creativity, efforts to overcome difficulties, creating a combined strength to successfully complete political tasks and socio -economic development goals in the locality.

The ward has achieved many positive results: Stable economic growth, the poverty rate has decreased to 0.18%; 100% of people participate in health insurance; 100% of residential groups have cultural houses. Self-management models on security and order have been effectively implemented. Administrative reform and digital transformation have achieved many outstanding results, gradually forming a modern administration, serving the people well.

The ward promptly commends and rewards the right people for the right work - honoring groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in various fields, thereby spreading the spirit of emulation widely in the community.

However, besides the achieved results, there are still limitations such as: Some emulation movements are still formalistic, lacking depth; have not fully promoted the potential and strengths of the locality and community. The propaganda and replication of typical advanced examples are not rich, have not created a strong spreading effect.

At the conference, delegates frankly shared and contributed many practical ideas and exchanged experiences to effectively implement the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025-2030, aiming to complete the socio-economic development targets of the ward in the new period.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Ong The Vien, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, emphasized that in the coming time, the ward will continue to innovate the content and form of organizing emulation movements, associated with the themes of each year, major holidays, and important political events of the country and the province. Building emulation movements in a practical direction, closely following the implementation of socio-economic targets according to the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress through each period.

The ward aims to have 100% of agencies, units and residential groups having emulation movements and registering for annual emulation titles by 2030; more than 95% of residential groups meeting cultural standards; more than 90% of households achieving the title of "Cultural Family".

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 14 collectives, 13 individuals and 4 households with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025.

At the conference, the ward launched the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 and approved the list of delegates attending the Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress.
