Through patrol and control work, the working group conducted a count and statistics of the number of cages and rafts, discovered a number of cases of boats and ships of local people violating the prohibited water area of Cam Ranh Military Base; combined with propaganda, mobilization and discipline of households with illegal aquaculture cages and rafts to quickly move them out of the prohibited water area according to regulations. Cam Ranh City People's Committee requested the communes and wards of Cam Phuc Nam, Cam Phu, Cam Thuan, Cam Loi to urgently work and mobilize local households to move aquaculture cages and rafts out of the prohibited water area of Cam Ranh Military Base. Cam Binh Commune People's Committee mobilized people to move rafts and low-rise cages out of the Binh Ba shooting range area after the end of the aquaculture season for 89 rafts and low-rise cages in the Binh Ba shooting range area before November 30, 2025.
Patrolling and controlling the restricted waters of Cam Ranh Military Base by Region 4 and the interdisciplinary working group are conducted regularly and periodically, with the aim of grasping the security and order situation in Cam Ranh Bay, the situation of aquaculture and fishing, and the number of illegal cages and rafts in the area.
