Mr. Ngo Van Son - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Government Bloc said that the Lam Dong Provincial Government Bloc Trade Union currently has 68 affiliated trade unions; divided into 6 emulation blocs of trade unions associated with the government emulation bloc to effectively implement coordination activities between the trade union and the government; a total of 4,997 union members/5,050 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the Government Trade Union actively carried out the work of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. The implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations was seriously carried out by the grassroots trade unions, considering this an important task to promote the role of union members and workers as masters and the role of trade union organizations in participating in state management.

The Provincial Government Bloc Trade Union has concretized the plan of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation on organizing Workers' Month, Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025, guiding grassroots trade unions to organize activities suitable to the conditions of agencies and units; thereby, grassroots trade unions proactively coordinate with heads of agencies and units to organize activities in response, such as promoting propaganda activities.
Social and charitable activities, caring for union members, and welfare programs for union members are actively organized, in which sports movements and scholarships for children of units stand out...

Implementing the direction and guidance of the Provincial Government Trade Union, the grassroots trade unions have been proactive in advising the Party Committee, coordinating with the heads of agencies and units, allocating professional and trade union funds, mobilizing socialized resources to organize meetings to encourage, give gifts, organize visits to union members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in difficult circumstances, sick, or seriously ill on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025 with over 220 people, with an amount of over 110 million VND.
Propaganda and mobilization work for union members, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers is regularly maintained by the grassroots trade unions, ensuring the contents according to the orientation of the Provincial Government Bloc Trade Union, focusing on propagating the Party's Resolutions and the Provincial Party Committee's Resolutions on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and building the political system in 2025.
The Bloc Trade Union actively monitors the plan, launches patriotic emulation movements, especially launching emulation movements among union members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to well implement the motto "3 things to do", "4 things to avoid" in the spirit of Directive 34-CT/TU, dated April 20, 2024 of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, focusing on promoting the Emulation Movement of Good Workers, Creative Workers associated with the Campaign to build loyal, responsible, honest, and creative cadres, civil servants, and public employees, the Movement to build cultural agencies and 8-hour working days with quality and efficiency, the Movement of good advice, good service; the Emulation Movement of Innovation, Creativity, and Efficiency in all levels of trade unions.

Implementing the Party and State's policies, the Bloc's Trade Union has actively prepared a plan to dissolve 38 grassroots trade unions and transfer 30 active grassroots trade unions to the Provincial Federation of Labor. The Bloc's Trade Union has guided grassroots trade unions to settle union financial revenues and expenditures in 2025; recovered 46 loans with a total amount of VND 979 million and transferred them to the Provincial Federation of Labor according to regulations.
On this occasion, the Lam Dong Provincial Government Trade Union awarded the Medal for the Cause of Building the Vietnam Trade Union Organization to 2 individuals; awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 2 groups and 3 individuals; awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Vietnam Education Trade Union to 1 individual.
The unit also awarded Certificates of Merit from the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor to 4 groups and 6 individuals; the Lam Dong College Trade Union was awarded the Emulation Flag from the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor.
