On the morning of November 22, Ha Nam Provincial Post Office and the Provincial Police organized the implementation of a plan to coordinate the implementation of online public services between the two units.

According to the Plan, the two units will coordinate to implement the following contents: Guiding people to use online public services at the Post Office 's service points; Cooperating to deploy the model of an agricultural product trading floor, and sharing information and communication with people to promote the model of consuming local agricultural products and products; The Provincial Post Office is the focal point for implementing the task of paying social security; Coordinating to receive documents and return results of handling administrative procedures under the authority of the Provincial Police; implementing for individuals and organizations in need through public postal services; Coordinating to propagate, disseminate and popularize digital skills for utilities and services related to residents for citizens, and at the same time helping people understand and register and use electronic identification in administrative transactions, identity verification, and public services; Deploying the connection of online payment service systems on the public service portal system...

The aim of this plan is to promote administrative procedure reform, serve the people; the effectiveness of the Project "Developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022-2025, vision to 2030" (referred to as Project 06); application models from CCCD cards, VneID applications and national population database.

On the basis of ensuring good implementation of the Plan's requirements, the Provincial Post Office will upgrade and equip equipment to serve online administrative procedure registration for people at district-level post offices and commune-level post offices of the Post Office.
In the immediate future, the Provincial Post Office will select 3 units in each district, town, and city to deploy points from November 15 to December 31, 2023, then officially deploy online public services to 100% of commune-level Post Office service points.
The provincial police will guide and train the process of receiving administrative procedures in the field of the police force on the national public service portal for staff at post offices... Every week and every month, the units will summarize the results of the progress according to the Plan and report to the Provincial Project 06 Working Group.
