Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa awarded scholarships to children in difficult circumstances.

On the afternoon of August 14, at An Ninh Tay Primary School (An Ninh Commune, Tay Ninh Province), Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa presented scholarships to disadvantaged children who have overcome difficulties, sponsored by Long An Petroleum Company.

Attending the program were Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Pham Huy Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Health Nguyen Hoang Uyen and representatives of the People's Committee of An Ninh Commune. On the sponsor side, there was Chairwoman and Director of Long An Petroleum Company Nguyen Thi Kieu Trinh.

At the program, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa and sponsors awarded 50 scholarships to disadvantaged students, each scholarship worth 1,000,000 VND, along with 20 student notebooks (200,000 VND/set) from the Child Protection Fund.

Speaking at the program, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa hoped that the students would continuously strive to study, become good children, good students, and useful citizens for their homeland and country.

On the local side, he suggested that it is necessary to continue paying attention to the work of promoting learning and talent; mobilizing resources to support families in difficult circumstances, creating the best conditions for all children to study./.
