Paying great attention to the implementation of administrative procedures to serve the people, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Council, Truong Van Dat, inspected the operation of the An Hoa Commune Public Administration Service Center. Since July 1, the Center has received 60 cases in the judicial field, all submitted online. The Center has returned results for 52 cases ahead of schedule, and 8 cases are still under processing.

Acknowledging the efforts of An Hoa commune in the first week of operating under the new model, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Truong Van Dat noted that the Party Committee and government need to focus on directing the Public Administration Service Center and specialized agencies to increase support for people, especially ethnic minorities.

This is a subject that needs special attention, because the new An Hoa commune was formed on the basis of merging the two communes of An Hoa and An Quang (old), with a population of more than 14,000 people, of which the H're ethnic group has nearly 1,400 people, mainly concentrated in the area of ​​An Quang commune (old).

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of An Hoa commune reported to the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Truong Van Dat on the commune's activities; at the same time, it recommended that the province pay attention to helping the locality overcome current difficulties, especially the lack of material facilities to serve the work of the commune's leaders as well as specialized agencies.

Concluding the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Truong Van Dat shared the difficulties of An Hoa commune; acknowledged the efforts of the commune's staff and civil servants in the first days of operation, especially the effective promotion of the role of the Public Administration Service Center.

Comrade Truong Van Dat requested the provincial departments, branches and sectors to increase support for An Hoa commune to overcome current difficulties. At the same time, he requested the Standing Committee of the An Hoa Commune Party Committee to urgently review and improve the quality of cadres and civil servants of Party, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations agencies and specialized agencies, focusing on carefully preparing documents for the An Hoa Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
