On August 1, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Ho Thi Hoang Yen and the provincial delegation visited the bridge and encouraged workers of Rach Mieu 2 bridge. On the side of My Thuan Project Management Board, there was Deputy Director - Diep Bao Tuan.

To date, the overall progress of the project has been completed at approximately 99.10%. Of which, the asphalt concrete pavement has been completed at approximately 13.8/14km.
The bridge section on the route has completed 5/5 bridges (Xoai Hot bridge, My Tho bridge, Tam Son bridge, Ba Lai bridge, Song Ma bridge). The approach bridge, the main bridge - Rach Mieu 2 bridge, has completed the asphalt concrete pavement and basically completed the main construction items of the bridge. The main bridge of Rach Mieu 2 bridge has also just completed the load test.
At the Rach Mieu 2 bridge construction site, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Ho Thi Hoang Yen gave gifts to the workers and shared her joy with the outstanding construction progress of the Rach Mieu 2 bridge project. This is a dream project of the Party Committee and People of Vinh Long and Dong Thap provinces.
The bridge is completed to connect the two banks of the Tien River, creating favorable conditions for people to travel, especially helping to reduce the load on the existing Rach Mieu Bridge. From now until August 19 (18 days left), the bridge will be put into use, this is the excitement of the Party Committee and people of the two provinces.
