The Party Committee of Da Huoai 2 commune held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term to summarize and evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term and decide on the directions, goals and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term; review the leadership and direction of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

Accordingly, with the great efforts and determination of the entire political system, through many close and drastic leadership and direction measures, during the past term, all 15 targets set by the Congress resolution were achieved and exceeded. The commune's agricultural production has made remarkable progress.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Thao - Secretary of the Party Committee of Da Huoai 2 commune delivered the opening speech of the Congress.

Up to now, the total area of crops in the commune is 5,679.9 hectares. Of which, the main areas are fruit trees and long-term industrial crops: industrial crops 1,665.8 hectares; fruit trees 3,912.1 hectares with the main area being durian reaching 3,419.1 hectares, the area of durian for harvest is 2,805.4 hectares.

The representative of the Presidium presented a summary of the political report to the Congress.

By 2025, the average production value per hectare of agricultural land is estimated to reach 291 million VND/ha, the average income per capita will reach 103.5 million VND/person/year, and people's lives will be improved. Budget revenue will reach 157.3 billion VND, of which taxes and fees are estimated to reach 70.3 billion VND.

National defense and security work has been closely directed and led right from the issuance of annual directives on national defense and security tasks. The leadership role of the heads of Party committees and authorities through Party organizations in the armed forces has been strengthened; promptly directing and effectively handling arising situations and incidents.

People from all walks of life in the area came to congratulate the Congress.

The construction of national defense, associated with the people's security posture, has always been a concern. Leaders have carried out combat training and combat readiness well. Successfully completed the target of calling citizens to join the army according to the annual plan, and well implemented the military rear policy.
