The future of Mr. Vu Tien Thanh is still a frequently mentioned topic, with many different streams of information and opinions, just like the way he is still making HAGL fans often receive conflicting emotions.

This will be a milestone marking HAGL entering a new phase when there are no longer many experienced stars to rely on, instead there will be more modest names such as Van Son, Thanh Son, Thanh Nhan... besides dozens of players born since 2003 who will be given more opportunities to play.

Therefore, the decision of an experienced and practical football-minded person like Mr. Vu Tien Thanh to continue working will help HAGL become more stable, to strongly overcome this sensitive generational transition period.
