Since the beginning of the year, Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company has researched and launched 6 new products to serve the treatment of diseases. In addition, the company has also put into operation a production line for eye drops and nasal drops with a total value of more than 40 billion VND since March 2025 and implemented sales programs that have brought practical results. Thanks to that, the company's revenue in the first 7 months of the year reached more than 300 billion VND, an increase of about 8% over the same period last year.

Mr. Le Quoc Khanh - General Director of Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company said: "In addition to supplying pharmaceuticals to more than 30,000 pharmacies in provinces and cities across the country, the company's products are also present in the markets of some countries in Southeast Asia. To achieve the revenue target of 500 billion VND in 2025, we are currently continuing to invest in scientific research to develop new products, improve machinery to modernize production lines, apply artificial intelligence in production and business stages and focus on market development. This August, the company will start construction of a factory area including a quality management house and 2 production workshops with a scale of more than 1,000 ^m2 , expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026".

Through the first 7 months of 2025, despite facing many difficulties such as livestock diseases, high production costs in the mineral sector, and decreased market demand, with efforts, the production and business targets of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation still recorded many positive results.

Terminal No. 3 of Laos - Vietnam International Port was put into operation, increasing cargo handling capacity, creating favorable momentum for the development of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation.

Mr. Le Viet Thao - General Director of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation shared: “In the first 7 months of the year, the Corporation achieved revenue of more than 1,100 billion VND, after-tax profit of 75 billion VND, paid 30 billion VND to the budget and created jobs for more than 1,000 workers with an average income of nearly 11 million VND/person/month. Notably, at the end of April, wharf No. 3 at Lao Viet International Port Joint Stock Company (subsidiary) was put into operation, increasing the cargo handling capacity at the port from 5 million tons to 7.5 million tons/year, creating favorable momentum for the Corporation to develop. In 2025, the enterprise's revenue target is 1,900 billion VND, but we are determined to exceed the plan by 8-10%. To achieve this goal, the unit continues to implement emulation movements to increase labor productivity, implement a number of investment projects and direct subsidiaries to promote strong production and business…”.

Data from the Department of Finance shows that with more than 10,000 businesses operating in the area, this sector currently contributes about 50-60% of the province's GRDP. This result was achieved thanks to the great contribution of the business sector in the fields of industry, construction, trade and services, including many "big guys" such as: Formosa Ha Tinh Iron and Steel Corporation, Vung Ang 1 Thermal Power Plant, Vines Battery Factory, VinES-Gotion Lithium Battery Joint Venture Factory, Vung Ang II Thermal Power Plant, Sao Vang Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Corporation - SAVABECO; garment factories...

In 7 months, Ha Tinh Petroleum Company sold more than 140,000 m3 ^{of gasoline} , reaching 59% of the group's plan.

Not stopping at the positive results of the first half of the year, striving to promote internal capacity and seize opportunities from the market, the business community is boosting production and business to achieve the highest set plan, bringing the province's economy to a strong breakthrough in the last months of 2025.

Mr. Truong Doan Duc - Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Petroleum Company said: “Since the beginning of the year, Petrolimex Ha Tinh has opened 2 new stores, bringing the total number to 82 stores in the area. In 7 months, the output of gasoline and oil sold reached more than 140,000 ^m3 , reaching 59% of the group's plan and achieving revenue of 2,300 billion VND, thereby contributing 230 billion VND to the State budget. To ensure that production and business activities from now until the end of the year complete the assigned plan, the unit continues to focus on solutions on market development, technology investment, modernization of facilities, promoting digital transformation application and focusing on completing the central store system at the company office to put into operation, better meeting customer service needs".

Vung Ang 1 Thermal Power Plant is striving to reach the target of more than 1.2 billion kWh in the third quarter of 2025.

As an enterprise that contributes significantly to the growth index of the whole province, in the third quarter of 2025, Vung Ang 1 Thermal Power Plant (under Ha Tinh Oil and Gas Power Company) is striving to reach the target of more than 1.2 billion kWh, moving towards completing the output plan of 6.5 billion kWh in 2025. Currently, the plant is continuing to synchronously and flexibly deploy solutions to stably operate 2 generators, maintain a 3-shift, 5-shift duty regime 24/24h, ensuring safe and stable power generation.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Statistics Office on the growth potential in the last months of the year in Ha Tinh, many new driving forces from the business sector such as VinFast electric car manufacturing factory coming into operation from the beginning of July 2025; Vung Ang II Thermal Power Plant has been in commercial operation since the end of July 2025; 2 packpin and cellpin factories are operating stably, meeting the high demand of the electric car market...





VinFast electric car manufacturing plant and Vung Ang II Thermal Power Plant are new factors expected to contribute greatly to growth in the final months of the year.

According to Resolution 226/NQ-CP of the Government, which has just been issued and takes effect from August 5, 2025, the growth target of Ha Tinh in 2025 assigned by the Government is 8.7% (the old resolution assigned 8% - PV) and in the last 6 months of this year is 9.1%. To realize this target, creating momentum for double-digit growth in the following years, all levels and sectors are strengthening their support for businesses to remove difficulties and "bottlenecks", creating an open and stable investment environment.
