On that basis, 100% of the procedures have been announced and publicized by the Provincial Public Service Center, communes, wards and special zones on the National Public Service Portal, the headquarters of the Public Service Center and the reception and return of results points... To update the new system to meet the 2-level local government model, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center has coordinated with FPT IS Company Limited to build the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System based on the platform and data of the previous procedure settlement information system according to the e-government construction project. The system is entirely set up on FPT's Cloud platform, a Cloud Computing platform built according to international Cloud standards with standard certificates. At the same time, a 1-way connection is established to the Quang Ninh Provincial Data Integration Center to identify user information, convert data and authenticate interconnections.
