Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism requires tourist areas, tourist attractions, tourism service businesses, and accommodation establishments to strictly implement legal regulations on accommodation service business. Ensure full conditions of security, safety, fire prevention and fighting, and food safety.
At the same time, check and upgrade facilities, equipment, signs, and warning systems. Develop risk prevention plans, organize training on handling situations, and improve sense of responsibility and service attitude.
Along with that, strengthen accommodation management, closely coordinate with authorities in ensuring security and order, and promptly handle visitors' feedback.
In addition, organize gratitude tourism programs and products, journeys to the source associated with historical and cultural relics, arousing patriotism and national pride.
In particular, the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism has publicized a tourism support hotline 1900.0117 to receive and quickly handle feedback from tourists, residents and businesses, contributing to building a safe and civilized Ninh Binh tourism environment.
