Many special programs at ATK Cho Don Spring Festival

From February 11 to 13, in Bang Lung town, Cho Don district, Bac Kan province, the ATK Cho Don Spring Festival 2025 took place with many activities.

On May 12, the main ritual program of the spring festival typical of the Cho Don highlands region took place, including the Harvest Prayer Ceremony, the Con Throwing Festival and the Banh Day Pounding Competition. These are activities with the meaning of remembering the tradition of drinking water and remembering its source of the nation, thanking heaven and earth and praying for a new year of favorable weather, good crops.

During the ATK Cho Don Spring Festival 2025, there will also be exciting activities such as: leather volleyball competition, mass art competition, camping, traditional martial arts performance, stick pushing, tug of war, campfire, art performance...

Previously, on the evening of May 11, the opening ceremony of ATK Cho Don Spring Festival in the year of At Ty 2025 took place at the cultural and sports ground of Bang Lung town.

Also at the program, Cho Don district organized the launch of the book History of Cho Don District Party Committee (2005 - 2025), volume IV, marking the 20-year journey of construction and development of the local Party Committee and People.

The book History of Cho Don District Party Committee in the period of 2005 - 2025 is compiled with two main chapters, including the content of the development stages of the district, from the cause of innovation, industrialization and modernization in the period of 2005 - 2015; the work of building sustainable development of the district from 2015 - 2025. In addition, the book records the contributions of cadres, party members and people of the district, along with outstanding achievements through the terms.
