Up to now, "An Sap Vinh Phuc" is one of the Tik Tok channels with the highest number of followers in Vinh Phuc with more than 186 thousand followers.

The videos on the channel are carefully and creatively made with beautiful, vivid images. The locations introduced are also unique and attractive, so they attract a lot of interactions with tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of views and thousands of likes and comments.

Nguyen Van Thanh shared: “My initial purpose when creating the Tik Tok channel "An Sap Vinh Phuc" was to spread and share about the cuisine, culture, and people of Vinh Phuc. In addition, affiliate marketing activities through this channel also contributed to increasing my income. Up to now, when reaching many viewers, this Tik Tok channel has been very effective and useful for my main job in the tourism industry. In the near future, I plan to build a new channel with the main content being Tam Dao tourism."

Doing many jobs to gain more knowledge, expand relationships, and accumulate income and experience is what Vu Van Khoa (Yen Lac) thought about when starting his career. Graduated from university with a major in industrial electricity, Khoa's goal is to open an electronic equipment store.

To achieve his goal, while still in college, Khoa took an additional electronics repair course. After graduating, he worked part-time at a store of a large phone retail system and repaired computers and phones at home to increase his income. Currently, Khoa works as a sales person at the Mitsubishi An Dan Vinh Phuc showroom, and repairs and sells computers and phones.

Vu Van Khoa shared: “Instead of focusing on just one traditional field, working in many jobs not only helps me increase my income, not depend on one source of passive income, but also motivates me to think positively, develop my own skills, adapt quickly to all situations and be more proactive in life”. With the experience and income accumulated from working as a sales staff and repairing electronic devices, Khoa is investing in opening his own electronic device business.

Along with the development of society, more and more new professions are emerging, bringing many opportunities and job choices for young people. However, young people also face many challenges when developing in a multi-industry direction.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, said: “When choosing new, unpopular careers, many young people have to face family expectations or social prejudices. Those who choose popular careers in the technology and creative fields face fierce competition. Some of them have the ability but face difficulties in capital and development opportunities. Therefore, before developing any career, young people need to carefully evaluate themselves, the career, and the labor market.”

Accompanying and supporting young people on the path to self-employment and career development, in recent years, the Provincial Youth Union has implemented many forms and solutions to support young people starting businesses such as: Providing market information, supporting young people starting businesses to find opportunities, loans, etc. Youth Union bases continue to maintain cooperatives, youth cooperative groups, build models of association and cooperation in production; train and transfer scientific and technical advances in livestock and crop farming; support young people to borrow capital to expand production and business, etc.

Not afraid of challenges, constantly experimenting, looking for new job opportunities, doing many things at the same time, young people are gradually changing their perspective on careers, thereby increasing their income and developing themselves. To be effective and avoid overload, young people also need to identify and set directions, have clear goals, seriously and persistently pursue their goals; at the same time, carefully consider their time, effort and abilities.
