From 0:00 on July 7, Hanoi will organize online enrollment for grade 6 students in secondary schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

According to information from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, parents and students can log in to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training's Admissions Portal at https://tsdaucap.hanoi.gov.vn to register for grade 6 online for their children. Parents can register online or come to school for support.

The online registration period for grade 6 admission lasts until 12:00 p.m. on July 9. After this time, the Admissions Portal will automatically close.

In case they have not registered for online admission within the prescribed time, parents with children of age entering 5-year-old kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 6 in the 2023-2024 school year can go directly to the school to complete the admission procedures, from July 13 to July 18.

To prepare well for the enrollment of kindergartens, grades 1 and 6 for the 2023-2024 school year, under the direction of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training,educational institutions are also preparing to ensure adequate facilities, personnel and conditions to officially deploy the Online Enrollment System (enrollment office, computers, printers, procedures, specific assignment of work content, arrangement of admission staff to support parents in registering for enrollment...).

Along with that, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training also requires 100% of educational institutions to directly support, guide, answer information about enrollment work and support online enrollment registration (for parents who do not have tools, supporting equipment, or conditions to register online).

At the same time, guide parents through all the steps to register for admission.

The Department of Education and Training requests that educational institutions prepare databases and admission codes (provide accounts and passwords to parents upon request), pay attention to the issue of protecting personal information of candidates and information of other students of the school according to regulations.

Previously, from 0:00 on July 1 to 24:00 on July 3, primary schools in the city organized first grade enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year online through the Hanoi Department of Education and Training's Enrollment Portal.

According to the Department's statistics, there have been 121,546 online applications for admission to grade 1 at public primary schools. The rate of online applications reached nearly 88% of the target, higher than the previous school year. The deadline for registration for grade 1 for the 2023-2024 school year has now expired.
