(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Implementing the direction of the National Traffic Safety Committee on strengthening the work of ensuring order and safety of railway traffic; at the same time, in order to effectively implement Document No. 35/BATGT dated April 15, 2025 of the City Traffic Safety Committee, the City Traffic Safety Committee has just issued a document requesting relevant Departments, branches, and localities with railway lines passing through to strengthen propaganda and prevent the throwing of soil, rocks, and dirt onto trains; improve the effectiveness of coordination work in ensuring railway traffic safety in the area.

The focus is on organizing propaganda and mobilizing people and students to strictly comply with the provisions of the law on railway traffic safety and order; coordinating the signing of commitments not to throw soil, rocks, and dirty substances onto trains; at the same time, promoting propaganda on loudspeaker systems and mass media to raise public awareness of the risks and consequences of violations.

In addition, the authorities will coordinate to strengthen inspection, supervision and strictly handle violations in accordance with legal regulations, contributing to ensuring safety for railway transport activities, protecting people's lives and property and maintaining social order and safety.
