According to research, the road where the couple did the wheelie was on Tran Bach Dang street (in Thu Thiem urban area, Thu Thiem ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city).

Thu Duc City Police said that this offensive clip was filmed by a group of young people a long time ago. The group then posted it on social media.

According to Thu Duc City Police, the unit has coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Police to verify and investigate to strictly handle the law violations of this group of young people.

Tran Bach Dang Street is also where Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh (model Ngoc Trinh) once rode a motorbike performing offensive driving moves, filmed a video and posted it on social media, causing a stir in public opinion.

Regarding the incident, on October 19, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department initiated a criminal case, prosecuted the accused, issued a search warrant for the residence and an arrest warrant for Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh for the crime of "Disturbing public order".

On October 6, Ngoc Trinh, despite not having a class A2 motorcycle license, still drove a motorcycle with license plate 59A3-115.88 (BMW brand, 999 cm3 cylinder capacity) with Dong, performing on D15 High-Tech Park road (in Tang Nhon Phu B ward, Thu Duc city) with dangerous driving movements, offensive postures, not wearing protective gear, lying and kneeling on the saddle...
