On the 5th day of Tet, a customer won a Jackpot of nearly 153 billion VND

Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) found the owner of the Mega 6/45 Jackpot prize worth 152.6 billion VND on the evening of February 2 (the 5th day of Tet). The winning ticket has the number sequence 15-20-22-29-32-36.

According to regulations, after paying VAT (10%), this lucky customer will receive more than 137.34 billion VND.

This is the first Mega 6/45 Jackpot prize of 2025 and the second Jackpot prize this year, after the Power 6/55 Jackpot 1 prize worth 48.5 billion VND found its owner on January 14.

After 8 years of business, by the end of 2024, Vietlott will have about 6,300 points of sale nationwide. With the telephone distribution channel, the company has more than 2.5 million accounts. The company's revenue last year increased by 25% compared to 2023, to VND 7,915 billion, exceeding 16.4% of the plan assigned by the Ministry of Finance .

Revenue from traditional agents was over VND4,180 billion, accounting for 53%. The remaining revenue from telephone ticket sales was about VND3,727 billion. Vietlott said that last year it spent 55% of its revenue, equivalent to about VND4,260 billion, to pay out prizes for 23.4 million winning tickets.
