Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province held a meeting to review experiences after the model congress

Immediately after the success of the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat, term 2025 - 2030, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province organized a Conference to draw experience.

Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province attended the meeting to review experiences.

Attending the Conference were comrades: Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of Party committees; Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Committee, Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat.

The experience sharing meeting was held online, connecting with 123 communes, wards and special zones of Lam Dong province.

At the Conference, Comrade Pham Trieu, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province reported on the assessment of the organization of the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Delegates of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat, term 2025 - 2030.

According to the assessment of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, although the time was very urgent, just over 2 weeks, all the work from the content, documents of the Congress, the preparation of Congress personnel, and the logistics conditions for service were carefully prepared by the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat. The arrangement of the program, script, and time was relatively suitable. The hall was beautifully decorated, the arrangement, and service for delegates were relatively good.

However, due to the requirement to organize the Congress early and the short preparation time, some contents related to the preparation work have not been as expected. There has not been much visual propaganda on the roads, in residential areas and on mass media.

Most of the member organizations of the Ward Fatherland Front have not been arranged, merged, or established, so there are no personnel to recommend to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward, Term I.

Comrade Pham Trieu, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, gave a preliminary assessment of the organization of the Congress of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat.

At the meeting, comrade Pham Trieu acknowledged the efforts and positivity of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the cadres and civil servants of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat in contributing to the successful organization of the Model Congress.

He affirmed that this is the basis for communes, wards and special zones in the province to learn, gain experience, continue to research in the preparation and coordination work to well organize the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term in the coming time.

During the discussion at the Conference, delegates contributed many ideas related to the preparation and organization of the Congress. Specifically, the presentations at the Congress need to be more concise, going straight to the core content. The Congress needs to increase the application of digital transformation, through the application of QR codes so that delegates can grasp the documents and papers of the Congress.

In addition, the report on the results of the first session of the Congress should be presented by a member of the Presidium. The consultation content of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee can be carried out in the first session of the Congress to ensure time for the second session...

Comrade Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, requested that localities, based on the actual situation, organize appropriate Congresses but still have to closely follow the instructions from the Central Government.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province acknowledged the efforts, attempts and sense of responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Vien ward - Da Lat.

Agreeing with the opinions of the delegates at the Conference, Comrade Pham Thi Phuc noted that communes, wards and special zones in the province need to rely on the conditions and practical situations of each locality to gain experience. In which, there are flexible and appropriate adjustments to best prepare for the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, as well as the Congress of socio-political organizations to take place solemnly, economically and effectively.

The leader of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province suggested that the grassroots congress should launch emulation movements to make the congress more successful.

The Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee also requested that localities step up propaganda work. At the same time, launch a special emulation peak period, make achievements to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels, associated with making achievements to welcome the 1st Congress of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Comrade Pham Thi Phuc suggested that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee receive the delegates' comments to synthesize and quickly complete the report. From there, it will serve as a basis for the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of communes, wards, and special zones to complete the program, scenario, as well as the necessary conditions to organize the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the commune level, ensuring completion before September 30.
