Some national intangible cultural heritages on cuisine

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decisions on the announcement of the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage for folk knowledge: Nam Dinh Pho, Hanoi Pho and Quang Noodles. Previously, the making of Phu Tho Banh Chung and Banh Day, Phu Quoc Fish Sauce, Nam O Fish Sauce… were also recognized as National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
