In a letter to her fans, she wrote: “I would like to sincerely apologize to anyone who was hurt by the ice cream brand advertisement that I appeared in.” The artist said that after the advertisement was posted, she received many negative comments, especially the detail that “famous in Australia” was not true.

She admitted that she felt guilty that viewers trusted and purchased products through her advertisements: “I apologize for not being able to reply to all the messages and emails sent to me. I am grateful for all the feedback and will be more careful in everything.”

Previously, on her personal YouTube channel, she introduced a product advertised as imported from Sydney (Australia). In fact, this cream is produced at a company in Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province (South Korea), leading to suspicions of false advertising and exaggerated effects.

The incident also forced singer Bada (former member of SES group) to publicly apologize.
