MISA commits to taking on the task of developing key national science and technology products

MISA is one of 10 typical units committed to implementing key national scientific and technological research and application projects, aiming to develop the MISA AI Agent Platform and build a large language model (LLM) for AI Make in Vietnam.

This commitment was made within the framework of the "Vietnam Science and Technology Day 18-5" in 2025 taking place on May 16, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) with the participation and direction of Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung.

At the event, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially announced the new Action Program and Mission of the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) - a restructured science funding institution to improve management efficiency, reduce administrative procedures and create maximum favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to carry out science and technology tasks.

MISA is one of 10 typical units from research institutes, universities, enterprises and inventors committed to implementing key scientific and technological research and application projects. This is the first time a national-scale scientific commitment announcement ceremony has been held simultaneously between scientists, inventors and enterprises, demonstrating the substance and strong application orientation of the science and technology sector in the new development stage.

Speaking at the program, Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung affirmed: " Science and technology, innovation and digital transformation are not only the driving force, but also the national mission" .

With a vision associated with the mission of national digital transformation, MISA commits to research and develop the MISA AI Agent Platform and build a large language model (LLM) for AI Make in Vietnam specializing in processing state legal documents, accounting, tax and business administration, specializing in agriculture to support people in developing livestock and crop farming. The implementation period is 24 months from the date of assignment.

Previously, MISA had accepted the national strategic task of mastering AI technology in the presence of General Secretary To Lam. MISA's commitment to implement within 24 months with the Ministry of Science and Technology and in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung showed the company's strong determination to complete the mission of national digital transformation.

MISA will proactively and seriously invest resources and closely coordinate with relevant management agencies, ensuring output results meet the target, contributing to realizing the aspiration of a strong and prosperous Vietnam.

MISA was also honored by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a unit with typical science and technology products in 2024.
