(NLDO) - While driving a car taking passengers from Binh Thanh district to Hoc Mon district, the driver suddenly collapsed.

On November 30, social networks shared a clip recording the scene of a bus driver in Ho Chi Minh City suddenly collapsing while driving.

According to a representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center, at 5:00 p.m. on November 29, Mr. TQV (43 years old, residing in Go Vap district) was driving bus number 24 from the old Mien Dong Bus Station to Hoc Mon district.

When arriving at the intersection of Dinh Bo Linh - Chu Van An street, ward 26, Binh Thanh district, the car stopped at a red light.

At this time, Mr. V. suddenly lost consciousness. Seeing this, the female bus conductor and some passengers ran to help, and at the same time took the driver to the emergency room. By 7:00 p.m., Mr. V. had passed away.

Initial determination of cause of death was due to stroke.
