Brigade 162 implements "Green Sunday"

On the morning of August 24, Brigade 162, Naval Region 4 launched "Green Sunday" with many meaningful activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), welcoming the new school year 2025 - 2026 with Cam Ranh Base Kindergarten.

Cadres, union members, youth of the Brigade and school teachers cleaned up the environment.

Along with general cleaning, renovating the landscape of the barracks, collecting trash from the sea surface in the area where the ship is anchored, nearly 50 cadres, union members, youth of the Brigade and teachers of Cam Ranh Base Kindergarten cleaned, trimmed and shaped trees, renovated the production area, painted and decorated classrooms and children's entertainment area before the new school year.

This is one of the series of activities of the Modern Combat Surface Ship Brigade in the emulation movement of the whole unit with the theme "Raising the August Red Flag - Compete to Win 3 First Places" and the "Volunteer Summer" movement in 2025. Thereby contributing to building a "bright - green - clean - beautiful" environmental landscape for agencies and units, the sea surface of Cam Ranh Military Port is free of waste. At the same time, supporting Cam Ranh Base Kindergarten to be ready to welcome the children of officers and soldiers to the new school year.
