Accordingly, the complex project serving the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival in Ngu Hanh Son ward is located at:
The North borders Pham Huu Kinh Street; the South borders An Tu Cong Chua Street and Tuyen Son Bridge; the West borders Han River and part of Chuong Duong Street sidewalk; the East borders My An 8, Hoai Thanh, Phan Hanh Son and project land, current residential area.
The investment objective of the complex serving the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival is to organize, perform, and compete in international and domestic fireworks. And it will be the place to organize key events of Da Nang city...
The project is oriented to form a night-time economic center and high-end tourism services; oriented to high-end, luxury, super luxury tourist accommodation facilities, creative design associated with sea entertainment, night entertainment; priority is given to tourist accommodation projects with international brands and reaching luxury, super luxury standards synchronized by technical infrastructure invested, upgraded, renovated according to approved planning.
The total project area is 210,381m2 , the total estimated investment is nearly 10,750 billion VND.
The auction is expected to take place in the third or fourth quarter of 2025, with an expected starting price of VND 23,822,440/ m2 .
