On March 26, Mr. To Minh Nghi - Deputy Director of the Provincial General Hospital - said that the unit had just received and performed professional measures to remove a fake penis from the rectum of a male patient.
Previously, V. (23 years old, residing in Bien Bach Dong commune, Thoi Binh district, Ca Mau ) was hospitalized with sharp pain in the anal area.
V. said that he had previously inserted a dildo into his anus to create pleasure. Unfortunately, the 20cm long device got stuck inside and could not be removed by himself.
In too much pain, V. went to the hospital to seek medical intervention.
After examination, the doctors prescribed a spinal anesthetic and applied professional measures to safely remove the fake penis. Currently, the patient's health and mental state are stable.

"The hospital has performed surgery to remove many foreign objects from patients, but cases of a large dildo stuck in the rectum are rare," said a representative of the general surgery department of Ca Mau General Hospital.
