Lao Cai: Returning wallet and many documents to people who lost them

On July 23, 2025, Cam Duong Ward Police, Lao Cai Province returned a wallet and many personal documents to Mr. Vu Duc Quy, born in 1991, residing in Xuan Quang Commune, Lao Cai Province.

Previously, at around 11:30 p.m. on July 22, 2025, while patrolling and checking landslide-prone areas in Group 7, Nam Cuong, Cam Duong Ward, Lao Cai Province, the Cam Duong Ward Police Regional Police Team discovered a black imitation leather wallet dropped on the road.

Upon inspection, the wallet contained 4,950,000 VND and many personal documents in the name of Vu Duc Quy, born in 1991, residing in Xuan Quang commune, Lao Cai province.

Thank you letter from Mr. Vu Duc Quy to Cam Duong Ward Police.

After verification, on the afternoon of July 23, 2025, Cam Duong Ward Police contacted Mr. Vu Duc Quy to hand over the wallet, documents and all the above money.
