Spreading a beautiful lifestyle from silent steps

Right after the opening night of the 2025 Da Nang International Fireworks Festival, more than 100 students from Dai Viet Da Nang College took to the streets, silently collecting trash on the central streets. The image of volunteers in green shirts diligently picking up every small piece of trash along Bach Dang Street, Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge and Tran Hung Dao Park moved many locals and tourists.

Not only is it an act of environmental hygiene, young people are "lighting up the sky" with their sense of responsibility and kindness spreading on the ground. Y May, a student of class 23CSM-ĐNC1, shared: "I regretted missing the opportunity last year, so this year I am determined to participate. This is our way of contributing to building a cleaner image of Da Nang in the eyes of international friends."

According to Dr. Tran Van Anh, Principal of the school, this activity has become a tradition every fireworks festival season, and it is expected that there will be 6 launches this year with more than 600 union members participating.
