According to Ms. H., at about 1:15 p.m. on August 13, her husband, Pham Duc T. (born in 1998), delivered a package to Mr. V.D.Th.'s house (residing in Nam Nung commune).
When entering the yard to deliver the goods, Mr. Th. suddenly ran out and closed the gate, locking Ms. H.'s husband in the yard. After that, Mr. Th. continuously attacked the male shipper, causing him to suffer a head injury.
Discovering the incident, people nearby ran to stop Mr. Th. and took Mr. T. to a medical facility for first aid.
On August 14, Mr. T. was taken by his family to the Central Highlands General Hospital ( Dak Lak ) for treatment. The family also filed a complaint with the authorities for support and resolution.
On August 28, Nam Nung Commune Police said that after receiving the report, the unit sent officers to work and take statements from the relevant parties. The case is being handled in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the law.
