Commemorating the 77th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation on June 11: Exemplary Party members, spreading emulation

BAC GIANG - Responding to patriotic emulation movements launched by all levels, in recent times, Party committees and party members in many agencies, units and enterprises in the province have been exemplary, leading the way, concretizing them with practical and effective actions, creating an increasingly widespread influence.

Over the years, Que Nham Kindergarten (Tan Yen) has always been the leading unit among the district's kindergartens in the emulation movement "Good Teaching - Good Learning". To achieve this result, the Party Cell and the School Board have always promoted the exemplary role of cadres and party members in performing professional tasks. Teacher Tran Thi Minh, Principal and Party Cell Secretary of the school, said: Every year, based on the key tasks of the school year, the Party Cell and the School Board discuss and orient cadres and party members to register and commit to implementation content suitable to their assigned positions and tasks. Many party members have promoted their sense of responsibility and creativity, proposing many highly applicable initiatives related to innovating teaching methods, improving teaching aids, toys, etc., close to the theme of each school year.

A typical example is teacher Tran Thi Hang, head of the 3-4 year old group, with many creative ideas that both improve educational effectiveness and save costs for the school, such as: "Collecting raw materials and natural materials to make tools and toys, creating excitement for children to participate in activities"; "Designing video lectures to help children get acquainted with literature".

Ms. Hang shared: “Preschool children are very active, to attract them to participate longer, achieve better results in each activity in class is not simple. Therefore, after the board of directors approved each idea, the teachers and I in the propaganda team called on parents to support some available materials such as cardboard to make TVs, scraps of fabric sewn into doll dresses, puppets or coconuts to make bowls, kettles... From there, we designed the lessons in the form of storytelling, with role-playing, flexibly using these types of tools and toys to help children easily visualize, experience and participate enthusiastically".

As one of 17 party members of the Party Cell of Sungwoo Vina Co., Ltd. (Dinh Tram Industrial Park), Ms. Le Thi Huong (born in 1991), a worker in group 7, has always been trusted by the Party Committee and loved by her colleagues. Having worked at the Company since its inception (2011), through a process of striving, in October 2019, she was honored to be in the ranks of the Party. Promoting the exemplary spirit of a party member, after each party cell meeting, from information on the production and business results of the enterprise, she regularly meets and exchanges with production team leaders. From there, she grasps the thoughts and aspirations of workers to propagate and mobilize workers to unite, promptly stabilize labor relations if conflicts arise; call on workers to compete in production, and feel secure in sticking with the enterprise.

The female party member always upholds the spirit of responsibility and creativity in her work. She has researched and proposed many technical innovation initiatives, contributing to reducing time and labor while increasing productivity by 10-20%. Typically, in 2017, she advised the business leaders to convert from a single line to a double line to save time traveling on the line; at the same time, she also assigned output at each stage. The latest idea is to create a new presser foot that can do 3 stages of seaming, hemming, and sewing at the same time by the end of 2024, helping to shorten the time of the stage by half while still creating beautiful seams.

Innovation in daily life, associated with studying and following Uncle Ho

Promoting the vanguard and exemplary role of each party member is an important factor that determines the strength and prestige of the party organization. From there, it contributes to spreading in implementing patriotic emulation movements, successfully completing the political tasks of agencies, units and enterprises. To create an environment and opportunities for party members to promote the spirit of setting an example, creative emulation, the experience shared by many grassroots party organizations is to focus on innovating thematic activities associated with studying and following Uncle Ho, ensuring practicality and effectiveness.

From 2016 to present, more than 3,000 collectives and individuals in the Party cells and grassroots Party committees under the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies have been selected to be typical and advanced collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

At the Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital, every year, the Party Committee directs the Trade Union to launch the emulation movement "Excellent expertise, perfect medical ethics, worthy of the place where patients place their trust". Comrade Nguyen Thi Thoi, Party Committee Secretary and Director of the Hospital, said: In order to effectively implement the emulation movements, the Party Committee thoroughly instructs the Party cells to select specific and appropriate issues to include in the thematic activities. In particular, focusing on improving the medical examination and treatment process; improving the quality of diagnosis, treatment, and caring for patients with care and attention; implementing good communication and behavior with patients; effectively implementing digital transformation activities. In particular, the Party Committee has led and directed the implementation of new techniques, bringing trust and satisfaction to patients.

At the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies, every year (since the implementation of Directive No. 05 on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle), 100% of Party cells and grassroots Party Committees have developed implementation plans; every quarter, select thematic activities suitable to the actual situation and political tasks of the agency and unit. Over the past 10 years, Party organizations in all affiliated Party Committees have organized more than 6.1 thousand thematic activities; nearly 108.7 thousand individual follow-up tasks and more than 1.1 thousand collective follow-up tasks have been registered. Some units have effectively maintained these activities such as: Provincial Fatherland Front Party Cell; Provincial Labor Federation Party Cell; Provincial Women's Union Party Cell.

According to comrade Bui The Chung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, studying and following Uncle Ho has become a regular and continuous activity, creating a competitive atmosphere in the units. Every year, the agencies rely on the registration results associated with the commitment not to violate the signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the organization to evaluate, classify and reward party members.

In the coming time, to continue promoting the role of setting an example and spreading emulation in the movements of party members, associated with studying and following Uncle Ho, the Party Committee will continue to lead and direct the branches and grassroots party committees to select limited issues in agencies and units to focus on solving; improve the quality of party cell activities, ensuring substance and effectiveness. Promote patriotic emulation movements; promptly detect and replicate advanced models; regularly inspect and supervise the implementation to promptly detect and correct limitations and shortcomings.
