Arrange the most convenient commune transaction points for people after the arrangement

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4373/UBND-DTKT to the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and the Phu Yen Bank for Social Policies (Phu Yen Bank for Social Policies) on ensuring that policy credit activities are maintained stably before and after the rearrangement of administrative units at all levels.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested districts, towns and cities to direct local authorities, coordinate with entrusted unions and the Phu Yen Social Policy Bank in implementing policy credit activities. Ensure that after the arrangement, the units start operating immediately, without interruption of work, without affecting normal operations in implementing policy credit programs, especially the transaction activities at the commune level of the Social Policy Bank.

The Provincial People's Committee requires the arrangement of transaction points in the commune to serve the people most conveniently. The transaction points must be located at the commune People's Committee headquarters (new) and other locations arranged by the commune People's Committee, confirmed in writing to the Social Policy Bank (priority given to the commune People's Committee headquarters before the merger, or the village cultural house, community activity house); at the same time, it must ensure working conditions, safety of people and property for bank staff and people coming to transact.

Phu Yen Social Policy Bank continues to maintain a network of transaction offices, transaction points, savings and loan groups to ensure loan management, maintain relationships with borrowers; continue to coordinate and advise on the effective implementation of policy credit programs in the area. At the same time, coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to arrange transaction points in the commune in accordance with regulations, in order to serve most conveniently, without causing congestion or inconvenience to the people.
