Because, in the near future, when the three communes of Doan Ket, Ia Chim, and Dak Nang merge to form a new commune called Ia Chim, the administrative center of the commune will be located in the old Ia Chim commune. When the new commune comes into operation, it is necessary to take advantage of the existing headquarters and equipment to ensure the functionality of the offices as well as actively support people in the process of handling administrative procedures. Ms. Uong Thi Trang - Vice Chairman of Ia Chim Commune People's Committee, said: " The favorable conditions are clearly seen in that the old Ia Chim commune is located in the center of Dak Nang and Doan Ket communes, so people's movement from the area, from home to the commune's administrative center to carry out related procedures and documents is very quick and convenient. Currently, the roads and traffic are convenient, so it does not affect the settlement of administrative procedures of the people. However, for the changed administrative procedures, the Commune People's Committee has posted them publicly at the one-stop office and some administrative procedures have been recorded and announced on the loudspeaker so that people know and follow the regulations ."
As one of the 6 wards of Kon Tum city that were merged and re-established under the name Kon Tum ward, Thang Loi ward is urgently completing related tasks to ensure that the new administrative unit will operate effectively and efficiently from July 1. In this spirit, the staff, civil servants and public employees of the ward uphold their sense of responsibility, proactively resolve outstanding work and are ready to work in their new positions. " For local staff and civil servants, they are currently working very actively to prepare for the upcoming new work of the new unit. Specifically, to prepare for the handover of documents, staff and civil servants have worked overtime on Saturdays and Sundays to promptly edit documents as well as arrange documents and work content to hand over to the new unit ", said Ms. Phung Thi Y Thao - Vice Chairman of Thang Loi Ward People's Committee.
From 21 communes and wards, after the arrangement and merger, Kon Tum city has 3 communes and 3 wards. Along with completing the personnel plan and working headquarters for the newly established administrative units, the locality proactively implemented solutions to ensure that administrative procedures for people are handled smoothly and continuously when implementing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units. In order to organize the apparatus of the merged communes and wards to operate synchronously, effectively, efficiently, without interruption of work, without leaving vacant areas and fields, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee organized many inspection teams to arrange administrative units in 10 districts and cities. At the working sessions, personnel issues, office arrangement, public property arrangement and preparations for the Party Congress at the commune level were discussed and thoroughly discussed to find optimal solutions to overcome current difficulties and problems.
