On the morning of October 9, the Propaganda Department of Kim Son District Party Committee organized a training course on propaganda work in 2024 for more than 80 trainees who are cadres doing propaganda work at the grassroots level.
In the training program, the lecturers who are leaders of the District People's Committee and Kim Son Border Guard Station presented 3 topics: Planning and development orientation of Kim Son district to 2030, vision to 2050; some issues on protecting maritime border security and responsibilities of cadres, party members and people; outstanding results of Ninh Binh tourism in recent times and orientation of tourism development of the province in the following years.
The topics of the training course are important issues, closely following the political goals of the province and Kim Son district. Through the training course, the aim is to update and supplement knowledge for the team of reporters and propagandists . Thereby contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of propaganda work, especially strengthening and promoting the effectiveness of political and ideological work right from the grassroots level; helping to strengthen the trust of cadres, party members and people, creating a competitive atmosphere to strive to successfully implement the socio -economic development goals, the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020-2025.
