- On the morning of June 17 , Inspection Team No. 2, Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, led by Mr. Hoang Quoc Tuan, Director of the Departmentof Education and Training, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the Exam, inspected the actual exam preparation work in Huu Lung and Chi Lang districts.
Here, the delegation worked with the Steering Committees of the 2 districts of Huu Lung and Chi Lang. According to the report of the Steering Committees of the districts, for Huu Lung district, this year's exam, the whole district has 3 exam sites including Huu Lung High School, Van Nham High School and Lang Son Continuing Education Center 2, with a total of 1,623 candidates registered for the exam, the exam sites arranged 69 exam rooms. Chi Lang district has 2 exam sites located at Chi Lang High School and Dong Bang High School, with a total of 882 candidates registered for the exam and 39 official exam rooms prepared.
Up to now, the examination steering committees of the districts have fully implemented the conditions for organizing the exam, from issuing plans to preparing facilities for the examination sites. In addition, medical work and food hygiene and safety have been strengthened; plans to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and support candidates have been strictly developed.
At the meeting, members of the inspection team exchanged, discussed and clarified plans for ensuring traffic safety, supporting the exam season; preparing contingency plans for fire prevention and fighting, power grid incidents, picking up and dropping off candidates in case of unexpected situations or natural disasters, storms and floods; and ensuring food safety and hygiene during the exam; especially the security of exam questions and papers.
Speaking at the inspection, the head of the delegation acknowledged the careful and methodical preparation of the District Examination Steering Committees. In order for the examination to take place safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations, he requested that units continue to carefully review and complete all stages of organization, especially the conditions of facilities serving the examination; ensure that there are contingency plans for situations and incidents arising during the examination; thoroughly train exam invigilators on examination regulations; proactively prepare response plans for natural disasters and extreme weather; ensure close coordination between sectors and forces throughout the examination organization process; focus on implementing exam support work and supporting candidates in difficult circumstances.
He also noted that schools need to increase propaganda about the exam to parents; continue to support students to improve their test-taking skills and prepare for the exam, not allowing unfortunate mistakes to occur that affect the rights of candidates.
Previously, the delegation inspected the actual situation at 3 examination sites: Huu Lung High School, Lang Son Province Continuing Education Center 2 (Huu Lung District); Chi Lang High School (Chi Lang District). At the examination sites, the delegation directly surveyed the area where the exam storage room and exam papers are located; the camera surveillance system; the physical conditions of the examination rooms and the exam site's offices. The inspection showed that the physical facilities and equipment for the exam basically met the requirements for organizing the exam; the plan to protect the exam papers and exam papers was strictly developed; the task force at the examination site had been professionally trained according to the instructions.
