ANTD.VN - The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3584/QD-BCT to revoke the alcohol distribution license of GBQ Company Limited.

Businesses that do not sell alcohol for 12 months will have their licenses revoked.

GBQ Company Limited is headquartered in Suoi Can village, Lat commune, Lac Duong district, Lam Dong province.

Business registration number: 5800598317 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Lam Dong province, first registered on April 24, 2008, 11th change registered on August 13, 2018.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued Alcohol Distribution License No. 279/GP-BCT dated August 3, 2020 and Licenses amending and supplementing License No. 279/GP-BCT dated August 3, 2020.

Because the enterprise has not been in the alcohol business for 12 consecutive months as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 33 of Decree No. 105/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 of the Government on alcohol business, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has revoked the above licenses.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade said that GBQ Company Limited is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.

Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision to revoke this License, GBQ Company Limited must return the original copy of the Alcohol Distribution License issued to the company by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
