CN2 Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 2794/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2020 of Hanoi People's Committee; the detailed planning was adjusted according to Decision No. 8705/QD-UBND dated December 10, 2024 of Soc Son District People's Committee on approving the detailed planning adjustment project at a scale of 1/500 of CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster in Soc Son District, Hanoi City (Phase I) and was allocated land by Hanoi People's Committee under Decision No. 2762/QD-UBND dated June 2, 2025. The investor of the industrial cluster is ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited (ASGI).
The CN2 Industrial Cluster Project is a key strategic project, contributing to the completion of the service chain of ASG Group. The CN2 Industrial Cluster is planned on an area of approximately 505,950m2 (50.59ha), of which the area for constructing the industrial cluster's technical infrastructure is 469,920m2. The total investment for the project is nearly 1,000 billion VND.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASG Group and Chairman of the Board of Members of ASGI Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited said that CN2 Industrial Park has convenient transportation connecting to Noi Bai International Airport, 30km from the center of Hanoi, 120km from Hai Phong port. Near large industrial production complexes, such as Samsung Bac Ninh (23km), Samsung Thai Nguyen (30km). Located in subdivision 4 of Soc Son urban area with the orientation of forming a multi-industry concentrated industrial area, with an abundant labor force.
The project is oriented to become a model industrial production area, prioritizing industries with modern, green, clean technology, limiting environmental pollution, including: Production and aviation services, logistics, support for Noi Bai International Airport; mechanical assembly, electricity - electronics; industrial equipment production, processing, manufacturing; support industry...
Regarding traffic planning, CN2 Industrial Park has a modern traffic system, synchronously connected to the area including the main axis with a cross-section of 35m, running along the industrial park connecting to Road 131. Internal roads are directly connected to the main axis, with a cross-section of 10 to 30m, ensuring convenient traffic for transport vehicles and heavy-duty vehicles. Each industrial land plot has a minimum area of 2,000m2, a maximum construction density of 70%, and a building height of up to 3.5m, helping to increase the efficiency of land use.
Standard fire prevention and fighting system; centralized wastewater treatment plant with advanced technology, capacity of 1,250m3/day and night. In terms of overall layout, planning space, industrial cluster architecture is organized reasonably and scientifically between green landscape and some architectural highlights interwoven, applying smart management technology solutions, saving energy, creating a bright - green - clean - modern space.
With the capacity, experience and commitment of ASGI Company, the CN2 Industrial Cluster Project is expected to soon complete the investment and construction work to create modern infrastructure as the foundation for sustainable production and business, an auxiliary area, connecting with Noi Bai International Airport, and also a prosperous land for secondary investors. Attending and speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Director of Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade Vo Nguyen Phong emphasized: The CN2 Soc Son Industrial Cluster Project was started and put into operation soon, contributing to the development of industries and services in Soc Son district; solving the need for renting production premises of enterprises and production facilities in craft villages; limiting environmental pollution, promoting the potential for sustainable development of industry, small-scale industry and craft villages of the locality.
Mr. Vo Nguyen Phong assigned the departments and offices of the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with Soc Son district to create the most favorable conditions for the investor to implement the project; regularly inspect and urge the investor to build the technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster in a civilized and modern direction, ensuring light - green - clean - beautiful. The Department of Industry and Trade also regularly inspects and urges the investor to speed up the project construction progress; promptly advise the Hanoi People's Committee on effective project management solutions to soon put the project into operation in accordance with regulations.
For investors, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Vo Nguyen Phong suggested focusing resources and machinery to accelerate the construction of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters, attracting secondary investors to maximize the efficiency of the project, contributing to the socio-economic development of Soc Son district in particular and the city in general.
