With 3 chapters: The Country's Shape - Proud Melody - The Fatherland in the Heart , the national concert is considered "a warm greeting from Hanoi, from Vietnam to international friends with pride in the glorious tradition and a kind heart, always looking forward, ready to enter a new era with strong faith and full of vitality".
The Fatherland in the Heart , those are the heroic footsteps of the children carrying on their sacred mission of "going to preserve the mountains and rivers", through the medley of Eighteenth of August - National Defense Army - The Road We Go with the first but extremely harmonious combination of the trio Dang Duong - Tung Duong - Pham Thu Ha. They are peaceful moments in the countryside, where the villagers cling to the fields to create golden seasons contributing to the front line, through the medley of My Village - Harvest Day (performed by: Pham Thu Ha). Also from those peaceful villages, many generations of young people have enthusiastically set out to follow the call of the country for nearly a century, with the song Len Dang , for the first time rocked with the medley: Ho keo Phao - Duong len tien truong , for the captivating performance of Dong Hung. It is the moment when the mother holds her child on the porch to watch the flock of birds singing , celebrating the resistance that has won the country back for life through the bright singing of Vo Ha Tram with Mother loves child . Like flocks of birds calling the dawn to awaken , the suns sowing seeds of sunshine carefreely in the midst of a war filled with blood sacrifices and the yearning for peace , with the Song of Hope - Desire (performed by: Vo Ha Tram, Ha Le)...
The audience at My Dinh National Stadium and the 80-member choir on stage sang the Marching Song.

The program ended with the medley " As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day" amidst a low-altitude fireworks display. The Fatherland in the Heart left the audience with a sacred and warm appeal and message: Don't ask what the Fatherland has done for you, but ask: what have you done for the Fatherland today, the Fatherland is not far away/The Fatherland is in your heart - everyone ...
