High schools flexibly organize teaching and learning, consolidate knowledge, practice test-taking skills, and at the same time pay attention to psychological counseling, creating a stable learning environment for students. At the same time, the department also advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue directives, establish steering committees, plans, and related documents to organize the exam; proactively coordinate with related units, departments, and branches in preparing and arranging forces to perform the task".

With a common goal - to create the best conditions for candidates, before that, the exam sites had fully prepared facilities, logistics, thoroughly trained the staff on duty, and regularly reminded students of the rules and regulations of the exam school.

More than 3,000 officials from the education, police, and health sectors were mobilized to perform their duties at 36 examination sites.
