Rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals in trade union activities

On June 10, the Thai Nguyen City Labor Federation held a conference to review activities in the first 5 months of the year and summarize activities of the Education Union for the 2024-2025 school year.

Representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation presented the Emulation Flag to the Trade Union of 19-5 Kindergarten.

The Thai Nguyen City Federation of Labor currently has 281 grassroots unions, with more than 24,800 workers, including over 21,190 union members. In the first 5 months of this year, the city's Federation of Labor established 6 new grassroots unions, admitted more than 1,300 union members; introduced 190 outstanding union members to the Party, of which 89 comrades were admitted to the Party.

The patriotic emulation movement was strongly spread with 32 innovative initiatives, bringing in a value of over 3.2 billion VND. The work of caring for union members was focused on with thousands of Tet gifts being given away; free health check-ups were organized, and support for "Union Shelter" houses was provided (with a total budget for implementing activities of nearly 2.7 billion VND). The Workers' Month was enthusiastically organized by grassroots unions with many practical activities to care for union members and workers.

TheEducation Union has made efforts to stabilize the organization, take good care of the lives and interests of union members and workers, and maintain effective operating procedures in the 2024-2025 school year. According to the emulation results of the whole bloc, 47 grassroots unions have excellently completed their tasks, 83 grassroots unions have completed their tasks well, and there are no weak units.

On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 2 Emulation Flags and Certificates of Merit to 8 collectives and 9 individuals; Thai Nguyen City Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 33 collectives and 40 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in the 2024-2025 school year.
